Dillon comes to Neosho after a stellar year at Pittsburg High School in the Southeast Kansas League. O'Dell has the ability to get the ball to the basket to score.  As a PG at Pittsburg High School the 6'2 O'Dell did a little bit of everything as he averaged 12.5 ppg, 4.0 rebounds and 5.0 assists his senior season for Coach Kiley Roelfs.
 
Coach Coombs likes what Dillon can do the floor. “Dillon is a guy that can play multiple positions for us. In HS he played a lot of PG but he has can shoot the ball really well and is very athletic.”
