Justin Fairman is in his third year as a Neosho County Men's basketball assistant coach, he joins the staff after serving as the varsity boy's basketball assistant coach at LW Higgins high, located in Marrero, Louisiana.
As a player, Fairman attended Neosho County and played under Coach Jeremy Coombs for two seasons averaging 10 ppg as a freshmen and 14 ppg and 6 rebounds as a sophomore, including a 27 point career high performance against Kansas Wesleyan. From there, he transferred to Texas A&M University Commerce under Coach Samuel Walker averaging 8 ppg. Fairman then transferred to play his senior season at Southern University averaging 12 ppg.
Prior to coaching at Neosho College, Fairman spent time as a Behavior Interventionist Teacher at Marrero Middle School, while also training professional, collegiate and high school basketball players.
Fairman holds a Business Degree from Southern University and Associate of Science degree from Neosho County Community College.
