Neosho County Community College

Gage Delimont enters his first season as Head Coach of the Neosho County Community College Men's Basketball program after serving as an assistant coach during the 2025-26 season.

In his lone season as an assistant with the Panthers, Delimont helped guide the program to a 16-16 record, a semifinal appearance in the Region VI Tournament, and coached two student-athletes to All-Conference honors.

Prior to Neosho County, Delimont spent two years at NCAA Division II Newman University. He began as a Graduate Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach, overseeing athletic performance programs for men's and women's basketball, men's wrestling, and men's and women's golf. He later transitioned into a Graduate Assistant Basketball Coach role, where he helped coach an All-MIAA performer and contributed to the program's first top-10 conference finish in several years. During his time at Newman, Delimont earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA).

A native of Chadron State College basketball, Delimont was a four-year member of the Eagles men's basketball program while earning his bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. He graduated with honors in 2023.
