Kansas City, KS - The Neosho County men's basketball team closed-out regular season play with a loss on the road to Kansas City Kansas Community College 80-67. The Panthers were unable to overcome foul trouble in the first half and trailed KCKCC 43-31 at halftime. The Blue Devils were 16-17 from the free throw line in the first half.
