El Reno, OK – November 11, 2025 — The Neosho County Panthers men's basketball team pulled off an impressive comeback on the road Tuesday night, defeating Redlands Community College 80–78 in a nail-biter to improve to 4–2 on the season.
After falling behind by as many as 14 points, the Panthers showed resilience and determination down the stretch, storming back behind a balanced offensive attack that saw four players finish in double figures.
Leading the way was
Adyn Prophete, who posted a monster double-double with 27 points and 15 rebounds, dominating both ends of the floor and hitting crucial free throws to take the lead in the final second of the game.
Cooper Weeks chipped in 21 points with 8 rebounds. Zach Lewis added 15 points, providing crucial perimeter shooting to spark the comeback, while
Raziel Taylor contributed 13 points and a game-high 7 assists, orchestrating the offense with poise.
With the victory, Neosho County improves to 4–2 on the young season. The Panthers will look to keep the momentum going as they return home tomorrow evening, November 13th, to face Ottawa University. Tip-off is set for 5:30 p.m. inside the Neosho County Gymnasium.
