Neosho County Women's Basketball team defeated the Highland Scotties, 99-89, on Saturday afternoon. This will be the first home playoff game for the Lady Panthers since Neosho's 1994-95 season.
Myah Coleman ended the night with 17 points, 7 rebounds, and 3 steals.
Cayanna Stanley had 13 points.
Jahniya Brown scored a double-double with 12 points, 10 rebounds, and 5 steals.
Lindsey Lockhart also added 12 points.
Neosho has just one regular season game left before the first round of playoffs, which will begin on March 4
th, 2024.
The Panthers (20-7 overall, 7-4 in conference) will travel to Overland Park to take on the Lady Cavilers (28-0 overall, 11-0 in conference) on Wednesday, February 28, at 5:30 PM.
