Chanute, KS - The Neosho Panthers Wrestling team opened the 24-25 wrestling season hosting Labette home on Friday evening and fell 36-12. The Panthers were led by
Ty Leedy (Chanute, KS) at 174 who won by fall Over Corey Chillcoat. Coach Hansen said, "There are others in the lineup who we expect more from but they did not show up tonight. All we can do is learn from the experience, get back on the mats, improve and move forward."
The Panthers will travel to Baldwin City, KS this Sunday, Nov. 3 and compete in the Dan Harris Open at Baker University.
