Chanute, KS - The
Neosho County Women's Soccer team is off to the hottest start in program history. The ladies have yet to lose a game on the season, starting with two wins and one draw against some solid competition. Most recently the ladies are coming off a 4 - 0 drubbing of the Pratt Community College Beavers. From the onset Neosho looked the better team and played hard to solidify a walk away victory. The Lady Panthers have done enough to impress the raters and earn the programs first ever national ranking in the NJCAA D2 Poll. This is a great accomplishment and the Panthers Head Coach
Elliot Chadderton was elated by their accomplishments stating, "After 2 long years...it (the hard work) has finally paid off. And we plan to stay!!!"
Next up for the Panthers head on the road to take on perennial power house Johnson County Community College, Wednesday, September 6th at 5:00 PM.
