Chanute, KS- The Neosho County Panthers fell to the #3 ranked Johnson County Cavaliers Wednesday 73-53.
The Panthers played a close first half with the Cavaliers heading to the locker room down only four, 33-29. A cold shooting second half sealed their fate in the loss to Johnson.
Baylee Davis dropped 12 points to lead all scorers and grabbed 8 rebounds.

Jahniya Brown added 6 points each.
Taylee Hatton and
Chantoryia Rivers each added 5 points. The Panther bench scored 35 of Neosho's 53 points.
The Panthers are now 15-6 overall and 2-4 in the KJCCC.
The Lady Panthers will be back in action Saturday, February 4
th as they travel to Parsons to take on the Labette Cardinals. Tip-off is set for 2:00 pm.
