Chanute, KS - In what was an exciting first half that saw multiple lead changes, Kansas City Kansas Community College took control of the game in the final 6 minutes of the first half, using an 18-5 run over that time to take a 12 point lead going into halftime. They never looked back, using efficient shooting (51% FGs) and a decisive rebounding edge (41-30) on their way to a 79-60 victory on Saturday afternoon.
