Fort Scott, KS- The Neosho County Panthers defeated the Fort Scott Greyhounds 94-70 Saturday. Neosho's full-court pressure defense forced the Greyhounds into 37 turnovers and came away with 36 steals.
Chantoryia Rivers dropped 20 points to lead all scorers, grabbing 9 rebounds, 3 assists, and 4 steals.
Zariyah Washington was next in scoring with 12 points, 8 assists, 6 rebounds, and 7 steals.
Im'Unique White also added 10 points, 4 steals, and 4 assists.
The Lady Panthers are now 15-3 overall and 2-1 in the KJCCC.
The Lady Panthers will travel to Iola, Ks to take on the Allen County Lady Red Devils Wednesday, January 25th. Tip-off is set for 6:00 pm.
