Box Score Kansas City, KS - Neosho's women's soccer team were once again hoping to get back on the winning side of things in their contest against KCK, they did a good job early to try and frustrate KCK while also creating a few opportunities for themselves. Neosho found themselves 1-0 up when Maria Rodrigues switched play to Lauren O'Toole on the right hand side who played in a good cross for Elizabeth Napoles to finish midway through the first half.

Neosho took a 1-0 lead into halfway time, but KCK started the second half strong and found themselves ahead early after two quick fire goals. Neosho continued to battle and created some good opportunities to equalize but it was not to be. Overall it was a pleasing performance, and the ladies found themselves feeling a bit unlucky to come home with a defeat.

Next up the ladies host a tough Garden City team, the game will be played at the Chanute Community Sports Complex Saturday, October 15th, 2022 with a noon kickoff time.
