Wednesday evening the Panthers hosted conference foe Fort Scott. The Panthers played a tough uphill battle against the Greyhounds, getting a 99-81 win at home. Coach Davis stated 'Every game during the conference season will be a dogfight.' Wednesday proved that statement to be true. 'Give Fort Scott credit they came out and made shots in the second and third quarters. Our offense came alive in the fourth quarter by putting 40 on the scoreboard. The best part is we learned how to win games when we have a bad quarter or two. We stayed the course and kept playing our way and things started going our way.' The Panthers forced 27 turnovers, and finished with 66 total rebounds.
