The Neosho Girls traveled five hours to Garden City to kick off the first game of their season. They fought a long and hard game against their opponent and against windy weather. Neosho was also down a player with about 25 minutes left of the second half, as one of them received a red card. The Panthers ended up on the wrong side of a 1-0 game. The Neosho Boys traveled along with the girls to Garden City for their first game. They had possession for most of the game but the game stayed 0-0 until the 86^th minute when the Panthers were awarded with a PK after one of their players was fouled in the box. Captain Guilherme, took the PK and was successful, which lead his team to a 1-0 win.

The Panthers will be back in action on the 5th of April, to host Kansas City Kansas Community College, in their first home games of the year.
