Panthers Lose Close One at NW Tech

The Panthers Traveled to Northwest Tech Community College on Monday night. Neosho County came out and fought a hard battle against Northwest Tech Community College, in a 79-62 loss in a makeup date from the west conference play. Coach JJ Davis' thoughts on the game, "our kids played with an edge because they were down to four starters and three role players because of injuries and other circumstances. Asking your kids to drive seven hours on a bus, get off the bus, and then play a top three team in the west is one thing. Our kids did all of that and then gave it their all on the floor and competed their tails off.  That is what us as coaches love to see…and it was fun to watch. We are growing as a team and a ton of kids are getting experience playing in the best conference in the country. This adversity is only making us better for the future".
