The Panthers were dominant with a 48-7 win over Carl Albert and defeated Labette 38-15 .
In the opening dual of the day Neosho faced off with Carl Albert State. The Panthers got off to a great start winning 8 of 10 matches, 5 of them by fall. Picking up falls for Neosho were
Junior Camacho Jr. at 125 (Toronto, KS/Maize),
Elijah Reece at 133 (McLeod, OK),
Ryland Wright at 141 (Garnett, KS/Anderson Co.),
Timothy Stevens at 157, (Willard, MO) and
Logan Allen at 184, (Garnett, KS/Anderson Co.).
The second dual of the day saw the Panthers square off with rival Labette. The Panthers came away winning 7 of the 10 matches, 3 by fall.

"We are coming around as a group and individually," commented Coach
Matt Hansen. "We made some steps up the ladder on our way to the level we think we are capable of. If we continue to begin our matches like we did Saturday our progress will take another step forward. We are getting ourselves in situations during competition that should help with our experience and preparation for the post season."
The Panthers will return to the mat on Jan 11 when they travel to Ark City, KS and take on the Cowley College Tigers at 7:00 PM
