The Panthers got off to a slow start in the 1st quarter in Monday night's match-up with the Ambassadors but never looked back after closing the quarter with a 5 point lead. The Panthers were on fire and finished the game with a 100- 67 win for their third straight victory of the year. They are now 3-0 on the season and will begin preparing for their next game on Wednesday night with McPherson College.
Neosho saw five different players score in double digits. This is the second time that has happened this season.
Sarah Hunt recorded her third double-figure scoring game of the season with 22 points and 4 steals,
Briona Jensen also finished with 18 points and 10 rebounds to go along with 2 steals. This is Briona's first double-double of the season.
Chantoryia Rivers also finished with 14 points which is her career-high, she also had 10 rebounds recording her first double-double of the year. The Panthers forced 42 turnovers on 18 steals.
The Panthers will now look to continue their winning streak as they face off with McPherson College on Wednesday night at 5:30 PM inside Panther Gymnasium.
