Box Score Pratt, KS - Tough 1st quarter finds it difficult for the Panthers to find their groove after an extended layoff, the Panthers showed some rust in today's 86-77 loss over Pratt Community College.

Jessica Jones led the way for the Panthers with 17 points, followed by three players Morgan Bolen, Lauren Jones, and Chrissy Brown with 14 points apiece. Ashley Dillinger led the panthers in rebounding with 10.

The Panthers were forced into 21 turnovers which the Beavers turned into 33 points. Three-point shooting would keep the Panthers in the game throughout as Neosho would go 16-35 (45.7 percent) from beyond the arc despite going just 5-13 (38.5 percent) from the free throw line.

The loss moves the Panthers to 5-7 on the season, and 0-5 in the Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference. Coach J will have a few days to prepare his team for a matchup with Garden City Community College at home January 8. Tip-off is scheduled for 5:30 PM.
