Box Score Chanute, KS. – The Panthers had a tough task on hand Saturday night as #13 Seward County Community College came to town. The Panthers' offense started off fairly well in the 1st Quarter, but the Saints offense showed why it's a top-20 team as they won 107-74.
The Panthers shot 29% from the field, but the Saints bettered that with 43%. They Saints bench also outscored the Panthers 45-28. This has been an issue all season for the young panthers.
Neosho County Community College was led by Jessica Jones with 14 points and 2 rebounds. Other Panthers in double digits were Hayley Stiger with 13, Addy Emmons with 11, and Morgan Bolen with 10 points.
Neosho will be on the road Monday, January 13th taking on the Independence Pirates. Game set to tip 6:00 p.m.
