Chanute, KS. - The Neosho women had 4 score in double figures Saturday to help them secure the win over Allen County Saturday, 91-62.
The first quarter Allen hung in with the Panthers. Several lead changes were exchanged but the Panthers outscored the Red Devils closing the first quarter with a 3-point lead, 20-17. The Panthers took control of the game in the second quarter, outscoring the Red Devils 26-12, ending the first half with a 17-point lead, 46-29. Coming out in the second half, Neosho continued to pour on the pressure having another successful quarter, ending the third with a 70-47 lead. Going into the last quarter, Neosho continued to dominate Allen. They outscored the Red Devils 21-15. Neosho forced Allen into 25 turnovers and out-rebounded the Red Devils 65-42.

Destiny Stewart led Neosho with 20 points each.
Kelcey Hinz ripped down a team-high 15 boards.
Destiny Stewart added 5 assists.
Alexis Casher had 14 points for the night and 9 rebounds, while
Calea Augustin had 10 pooints.
The Panthers (8-16 overall, 5-9 KJCCC) return to action Wednesday, February 6th as they travel to Independence to take on the Pirates (12-9 overall, 7-7 KJCCC). Tip-off is set for 6:00 p.m.
