Chanute KS- Defense again was the story of the game. Neosho would hold Colby to just 24 made field goals on 36% shooting. The Panthers on the other hand would make 34 field goals shooting 56% from the field. This game would start with a few big runs from Neosho and we would take a commanding 9 point lead into halftime. Neosho would never look back in the contest. They would control the game the rest of the way and win their 2^nd Jayhawk conference game in a row. Marc Moon would lead all scorers with 26 points.
