The Neosho women's soccer program dropped another non-conference game on Tuesday to Maple Woods. The MCC – Maple Woods offense proved to be too much for Neosho as they outshot the panthers 13-10 to a comfortable 6-0 win.
The panthers created plenty of opportunities and moved the ball around well. They had their first opportunity with just a few minutes on the clock as
Reyvin White was in 1 on 1 with the Monarch goalkeeper but White's shot went inches wide. Maple Woods replied instantly with an attack of their own which turned into the opening goal of the game.
Neosho continued to move the ball around well but lacked creativity in the final third whereas Maple Woods were clinical in front of goal.
The Panthers (0-3) will travel to Rose State in Oklahoma on Thursday, September 1
st for another tough non-conference game before starting the conference slate at Cowley on September 6
