Despite only having 5 players the Neosho County Women's Basketball Team traveled to Arkansas City to take on the Cowley Tigers in the first round of the Region VI playoffs Thursday night. Five freshmen, Brooke Neal, Jhanai Felix, Ki'Asha Harris, and Bianca Valderrama, and one sophomore Morgan Finely played for 40 minutes and left everything on the floor. It just wasn't enough as the Panther fall 62-35. Bianca Valderrama led the Panthers in scoring with 11 points. Sophomore Morgan Finley finishes her Panther career with a 6 point 8 rebound night. The Panther players and coaching staff would like to thank everyone for their support all season long and we look forward to next season.
